The chicken salad recipe is a tried and true staple of my household for sure! It packs soooo much flavor and is as simple as 1-2-3. It’s also no fuss as I am using a Publix Rotisserie chicken for my meat of choice. Try out this recipe and let me know what you guys think!

Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10 Mins Cook Time: 10 Mins

– 1 Lemon Pepper Rotisserie Chicken, Pulled
– 1/2 Cup Duke’s Mayonnaise
– 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, Finely Diced
– 1 to 2 Stalks of Green Onion, Finely Chopped
– 3 to 4 Tbsp Sweet Relish or Salad Cubes
– 1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
– 1 Tsp Ranch Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
– 1/2 Tsp Cajun Seasoning
– 1/4 Tsp Lemon Pepper (Optional/ Added off camera)
– 1 Tsp Granulated Sugar
– Salt and Pepper to Taste
– 1 Tsp Olive Oil (Added into the chicken salad off camera for moisture.)

  1. Oh my god i need to try this but as i told you when you open live on TikTok it’s hard to find the seasoning in Saudi Arabia so please ma’am don’t forget to but where to buy the seasonings salt and Cajun seasoning and more please 🙏♥️🌹
