  1. Instructions? (Sift flour, Combine wet + dry, and bake 15-17 minutes @ 350F)
    Nutrition Information? (102kCal, 3g Protein, 9.5G Total Fat, 3g Saturated fat, 6g Unsaturated fat, 2g Total Carbs, 1g Fiber, 1g Sugar, 18 mg Sodium, 29.5 mg Cholesterol, 81.5 mg Potassium)
    Neither were given along with the recipe….

    Moving on, the recipe unsurprisingly turned out disgusting! The “cupcakes” were grainy, bitter, and dry. And the aftertaste… shivers 🤮

    Fortunately, I thought of drizzling a little honey on top and it worked in making them tolerable, as long as I convinced myself that they were corn-less, low-carb cornbread, rather than the “vanilla cupcakes” advertised here.
