The flavor & texture profile on this breakfast lineup does not disappoint! Jammy eggs, avocado, tomato, walnuts, and feta. If you haven’t taken a bite of walnut and feta together, you’re missing out. Add in chile lime seasoning and everything bagel, and you’re in business!!

This is super simple to pull together and takes less than 10 minutes start to finish:

Here’s how I make it:

1. First are the soft boiled eggs topped with trader Joe’s chile lime seasoning and everything bagel. To make these, i boil the eggs in water for 6 minutes 29 seconds and immediately put into an icebath. For a firmer yolk, go for 7-8 minutes!

2. Sliced avocado. I gotta have the 🥑🥑 or its not breakfast!

3. Crumbled bulgarian feta. Always get your feta in blocks in brine, never pre crumbled.
.
4. Sliced cherry tomatoes.
.
5. Walnuts. There’s just something special about walnuts and feta and tomatoes together. That’s the persian in me. Trust me, it’s so good.

6.Top with Trader Joe’s chile lime seasoning and everything bagel seasoning.
