Hey! This is a simple recipe for healthy cookies! Only 4 ingredients and no sugar)))

INGREDIENTS:

250g creamy peanut butter 250g pitted medjool dates

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla extract dark chocolate, melted

roasted peanuts, for topping

COOKING METHOD:

1. In a bowl of a food processor, combine peanut

butter and pitted dates.
2. Add egg and vanilla extract, combine.

3. Form into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Press the balls down with a fork.

4. Bake at 350F175C for 10-15 minutes. Cool down. 5. Dip cookies in melted chocolate and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
