I know she's like smarts with these cooking and recipes from all sorts of dishes, but am I just the only one here watching just to see her and hear her voice? It's more of a relaxing kinda way and not a simp way. lol.
I would say that sauce is more like Muhammara dip (which I love) than a romesco sauce.
I love pasta salad, my husband doesn't so I never make it – but I definitely think he would eat this happily!

You could totally leave out the cheese and pepperoni to make it vegan though, and it tastes amazing!!

Is there any non nut substitute for the walnuts? If not I might mess around with making more of a hummus thing and swap the walnuts and bread for white beans in the sauce. Looks really good though!

Maybe you could use bread that has gone dry and then crush it to crumbs (without toasting in the oven). Saves bread that is otherwise not eaten.
