If you have any cooking experience you know how to make a 4 serving portion salad. The pkg seasoning is option (lots of salt): use your favorite bottled dressing or make your own. Pasta needs seasoning. DanO's seasoning is lower in salt. Read the ingredients. Walmart sells his seasonings.

If you put spicy one the label… it should be spicy. Your seasoning gets old fast and isn't even remotely spicy. I've tried the original, and spicy. Plain ol garlic salt kicks dan-os right in the sack every time.
