Ingredients:

Take a Big Bowl then add
1 Cup – Rice Atta
1/2 Cup – Curd
1 tbsp – Ginger Chilli Paste
1/4 tsp – Turmeric Powder
1 tsp – Cumin Powder
1/4 tsp – Asafoetida ( Hing )
Salt to taste
1 tbsp – Oil
1/4 Cup – Coriander Leaves Chopped
Mix Properly with a balloon whisker
2 Cup – Water
Add gradually and Mix Properly

Take a Banana Leaf and Cut in Round Shape and Apply Oil and keep aside

Take a Tawa and apply oil to keep the dry part down and grease part up and Spread batter like dosa and close with grease part and Dry part up and Cook both the side in slow flame
Cook both the Sides and Serve with Green Chutney
