Welcome to our channel Diabetic Meal Ideas by Diabexy. Start your day off with a healthy and Diabetic Friendly Low Glycemic Load Paneer Veggie Wrap. The recipe would make around 3 paneer Frankie rolls with a total glycemic load of around 10. The Estimated Glycemic Load of one roll is approx. 3.

Ingredients:

100gm Diabexy Atta
150gm Paneer
30g Veggies (Carrort, Capsicum, Cabbage)
Chilli Flakes
1tsp Red Chilli Sauce
1/2tsp Mustard Sauce
Himalayan Pink Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Make a thin batter using Diabexy atta and water.
2. Set aside for 10min.
3. Add salt, chilli flakes and oil.
4. Saute paneer in a pan. Season it with salt and pepper.
5. Spread batter on a non stick pan and cook from both sides.
6. Apply sauce of your choice.
7. Add veggies and panner. Season it with some seasonings.
8. Close the wrap tightly.
9. Serve Fresh!
