If you try these overnight oat recipes you will never skip breakfast anymore. They are healthy, taste
like a dessert + no sugar added and absolutely vegan.

Sugar-free Berry Chia Jam –
3 easy nut butter recipes –

INGREDIENTS:

1/ Blueberry overnight oats
– 1/2cup rolled oats
– 1tbsp chia seeds
– 1tbsp peanut butter
– 1/4tsp cinnamon(optional)
– 1/2 cup any plant-based milk (I use almond milk)
– 1/2 cup any frozen berries (I use blueberries and raspberries)

for topping:
use any yogurt of your choice
any nut butter
any fresh berries

2/ Chocolate overnight oats
– 1/2cup rolled oats
– 1tbsp ground flaxseeds or chia seeds
– 1tbsp cacao powder
– 1/4tsp cinnamon (optional)
– 1tbsp any nut butter (I prefer hazelnut butter)
– 1/2 cup any plant-based milk (I use almond milk)
– 1 tsp dark chocolate

for topping:
fresh banana
any yogurt of your choice
nut butter

3/ Peanut butter & cranberries
– 1/2cup overnight oats
– 1tsp chia seeds
– 2tbsp dried cranberries
– 1/4tsp cinnamon (optional)
– 1tbsp peanut butter
– 1/2cup water

for topping:
fresh strawberries
yogurt
peanut butter
