I watch Akis and he sings about Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I come here and he uses Spanish. I also make a lot of Italian dishes, with, Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I don't have enough money to eat internationally. LOL.
Trader Joe's has veggie chorizo crumble which I made tacos with to substitute meat. I'll try using it with this dish.
