ONE CARB KETO MAGIC COOKIES! How To Make Quick & Easy Keto Cookies

Servings: 24

Ingredients:
1/4 cup coconut butter
3 tablespoon butter, softened
3 tablespoon sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 large egg yolks room temperature
1 teaspoon of Choczero caramel syrup
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1 cup sugar-free dark or milk chocolate chips
1 cup coconut flakes
1 cup chopped walnuts

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl stir together coconut oil, butter, sweetener, vanilla, and caramel syrup, salt, and egg yolks. Mix in chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
Drop batter by the spoonful onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until golden, 15 minutes.

  1. Hi Mayra, I truly appreciate your recipes and I’m always eagerly awaiting your new ones. But, I was under the assumption that you are on the Keto eating plan. So, I was shocked when you said you were dunking your cookies into Oat Milk. I’ve checked my suspicions that oat milk isn’t keto with 14gms of carbohydrates in an 8oz. cup.
    I like Silk Cashew Milk with only 1gm of carbohydrate per 8oz. cup.
    If you could explain this to your loyal subscribers so someone who don’t know about the realities of Oat Milk.

  2. Awesome! You can make your own coconut butter by just blending shredded coconut in a blender for about one minute! I followed the Choc Zero link. Thank you because they have their peanut butter cups on sale. I love all your recipes. They help make the Keto lifestyle inspiring and fun.   3. OMG these look sooooooooo good. I am trying them, hopefully tomorrow!!! One question, can you use maple syrup or yakon syrup instead of the caramel syrup? I don't have the caramel syrup, didn't know they made that! OH YUM! I will be getting some.

We made magic bars, before going low carb, with sweetened condensed milk and I have to say this version you just showed is the closest duplication to that recipe without all the sugar and calories. I can't wait to try this recipe! I'm going to do my usual and make the recipe and not tell anyone it's low carb and see if they can tell the difference
