Ingredients :
2 tsp Olive oil
1-2 Chopped Green chillies
2 tsp Chopped Garlic
1 Chopped Carrot
1/2 cup chopped green beans
1 chopped Capsicum
2 tbsp Masala Oats
Salt as par taste
1 tsp Soya sauce
1 tsp White Vinegar
