Delicious and healthy oats cookies, which can be had as a snack or for breakfast. It’s very filling and keeps you going for hours. Full of fibre, protein and good fats.
Oats cookies recipe (sugar free)
2 small eggs
45 grams of butter / pure unsalted butter
35 grams xylitol Sweetener
75 grams oats
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp sea salt
35 grams of chopped mixed nuts
Bake at 160°C/320°F in a preheated oven for 16 mins or when sides are brown.
