Healthy and tasty oats banana cake.
Healthier than the normal banana cake, no sugar added, no oven.
Best Cake recipe to make in lock-down.
– 2 cup oats flour
– 2 eggs
– half cup oil
– 1 big banana
– 1 and half baking powder
– half tsp cinnamon powder
– 1/4th cup honey
– 1 tsp vanilla essence
– 1/4th tsp salt
– Crushed cashews for garnishing
Mash the banana
add all egg, honey, oil, vanilla essence (whisk just to combine)
add dry ingredients oats flour, salt, baking powder, cinnamon powder
apply oil on baking pan
place butter paper
pour the banana batter on the pan and tap few times
Pre heat pan for about 5 mins
place the baking pan on pan and bake for 40-45 min on low flame
after 40-45 min check if the cake is done
if it is not done bake for another 5 mins.
OATS BANANA CAKE IS READY!!!!!!!!!!!
