Ingredients for flour –
2 cups Wheat Flour
3/4 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tblsp Oil
1/2 cup Milk
3/4 cup Water (to knead the flour)

Ingredients for stuffing –
4 Potatoes boiled
1 inch Ginger grated
3 cloves Garlic grated
3 Green Chillies finely chopped
1 medium sized Onion finely chopped
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tsp Chat Masala
1/2 tsp Punjabi Garam Masala
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves finely chopped
1/2 tsp Dried Mango Powder (Amchoor Powder)
1/2 tsp Black Salt
3 tblsps Oats crushed into a powder (or Poha Powder)
Oil, Ghee or Butter for roasting
