And yes, you can use absolutely no sugar in this jam…or you can add any “alternative” sweetener you like. And don’t worry if you just want to pop your jam in the fridge. Just a question that I have — do I need to increase the time of the 10 minute processing (after the jam is in and the water is boiling) according to my elevation? I am above 3,001 ft. for your reference. I so appreciate all of the work that you put into this! God Bless you <3 <3

  3. I am not a person that likes jams or preserves (because of the chunky nature of the finished product), but I would dearly love to make some strawberry JELLY. Is there a method that you know of that would produce those results? Perhaps using a stick blender to smooth out the cooked strawberries and then passing the puree through a strainer???
