I had to switch up the meals to fit the voice over so some breakfasts from day 2 were put together with lunch or dinner from day 5 just because it fit the timing of the voiceovers!! Oh my God are you guys rich or something the gym shark clothing and stuff I looked it up and they're like $60 most of them are and then function of beauty is actually a lot of money to pay for the shampoos and the serum and stuff I don't know how much that is but like it's like you guys are rich or something

  3. The struggle in keto would be much harder. I think you didn't experience it because you did not control your calories intake. This is just eating keto food for a week to know how it taste. Truly Keto is not a long term lifestyle but it help to burn fat for those who need to loose fat. The title might give the wrong impression. Keto is not unhealthy but it's for a purpose. So I'm not saying you are wrong, but I have to disagree with what you said, and you might give ppl the wrong understand about keto and what keto is about.

  4. I love to see how individual diet and nutrition is to people! I have been on the keto diet for 3 years now and it changed my life!! I never felt better but I watch so many videos of people struggling 😂
    one thing to point out tho is that all the foods you mentioned to be restricted are not 100% excluded! I eat big portions of vegetables with every meal and I eat fruits and lots and lots of dairy all day and still meet the keto macros…it’s not as restrictive as people think! you just have to do the work to find out what fits and what doesn’t for you personally
