These granola doesn’t use any sugar and is super healthy! The main ingredient are oats and whatever nuts and seeds you have at home. You can also add more toppings if you want and the best thing about these no sugar granola is that you can add fruits and honey if you want them a little sweeter! It will still have less sugar than most of the store bought stuff!
Once you’ve made the granola, you can keep this in an air tight container or jar for up to 2 weeks!
300g Whole Oats
15g Chia Seeds (approx 1 tsbp)
120g Egg whites (approx 3 large eggs)
5g Cinnamon (approx 1 tsp)
2.5g Salt (approx 1/4 tsp)
