No Fry, No Maida Aloo Samosa | Healthy & Crunchy Samosa Recipe ~ The Terrace Kitchen

[PRODUCTS USED]

[INGREDIENTS]
For Chutney:
2-3 Tsp Oil
1 Small Sized Chopped Onion
3-4 Dried Kashmiri/Byadgi Red Chillies
3-4 Cloves of Garlic
1 Small Green Chilli
1 Medium Sized Tomato
2 Tbsp Roasted Peanuts
2-3 Tsp Tamarind Pulp (Imli ka guda)

For Cover:
2 Cups Whole Wheat Flour (Gehun ka aata)
1/2 Tsp Carom Seeds (ajwain)
3 & 1/2 Tsp Oil or Ghee
1/2 Cup + 1-2 Tsp Water
1/4 Cup Green Peas
Salt as per Taste

For Stuffing:
2-3 Tsp Oil
1 Tsp Cumin (jeera)
1/2 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1 Tbsp Coriander Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1/2 Tsp Red Chilli Powder
4-5 Medium Sized Boiled Potatoes
3/4 Tsp Chaat Masala
Salt as per Taste

Thanks for such a guilt free receipe…I just love samosas and ever since the lockdown I have been craving for it & only dreaming of making it at home but with whole wheat flour and less oil….And Taaadaaaa here u are…. with ur unique yummy recipes.
