12 oz chilled heavy cream
10 oz (1 can) pineapple, crushed and well-drained
8 oz marshmallows
7 oz Mountain Dew
6 oz cream cheese at room temperature
6 oz (1 pkg) lime or lemon gelatin powder, preferably Jell-O
½ cup mayonnaise
⬇️ How to make Easy Mountain Dew Jello Salad ⬇️
0:10 Combine the Mountain Dew & marshmallows in a saucepot. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until the marshmallows are melted.
0:24 Once melted, set aside at room temperature and allow to cool slightly.
0:28 Add the gelatin powder once the liquid is warm. Mix until evenly incorporated.
0:34 Once dissolved, add the cream cheese and pineapple. Whisk until evenly incorporated. Set aside.
0:47 Whip your chilled heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in mayonnaise until evenly incorporated.
1:01 Fold your gelatin mixture until evenly incorporated. Pour into a preferred mold of your choice and cover.
1:16 Set aside in a chilled area. Allow this to firm up, anywhere from 6 hours to overnight.
1:24 Once ready to unmould, briefly dip your mold into some warm water. Flip onto a serving ware and slowly lift the mold to release. Serve immediately!
