I have three sugar free no bake cookie recipes to share with you all!! Please comment, like and subscribe! Recipes are below…

Holiday No Bake Chocolate Chip Pralines
INGREDIENTS
½ cup heavy cream
4 Tbl butter
½ cup sweetener (I used monk fruit)
1 Tbl coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup sugar free chocolate chips (I used Lily’s semi sweet)
INSTRUCTIONS
In a large saucepan, melt heavy cream, sweetener and coconut oil.
Bring to a boil and simmer at a low boil for about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and add in coconut, pecans, vanilla and chocolate chips. If you want the chocolate chips to be more in a chip form, allow the mixture to cool slightly before adding in the chips.
Scoop onto parchment paper and chill in freezer until firm.

Sugar Free no bake brownie bites
INGREDIENTS
¼ cup sweetener (I used monk fruit)
1 cup walnuts
Dash salt
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup almond butter
2 Tbl coconut flour
¼ cup sugar free chocolate chips (I used white chocolate chips)
INSTRUCTIONS
Add walnuts and salt into a food processor. Process until finely ground.
Add cocoa powder, almond butter, vanilla, coconut flour and sweetener – process until smooth.
Pulse in chocolate chips.
Form into balls and chill until firm.

Sugar Free no bake gingerbread bites
INGREDIENTS
2 cups almond flour
½ cup sweetener (I used monk fruit)
3 tsp cinnamon
3 tsp ground ginger
8 ounces butter, melted
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients.
Form into balls with hands.
Chill until firm.

  1. Hi Jess. Double check the recipes you have written in the description vs. what you say in your videos. I made the pralines and they were great – even non-keto people at thanksgiving loved them. (you forgot to mention the butter in your written instructions). I made the brownies last night and you mention almonds in the ingredients but walnuts in the instructions. My brownies didn't set up because I didn't know I should add more coconut flour cause I was just going off of your written instructions. They taste amazing anyway. So if you could be mindful of those details that would be super helpful. Thanks for all your videos!

  2. The gingerbread balls are my jam! I definitely have to make those. And the praline ones remind me of German chocolate cake frosting, which is one of Tom's favorites so I'll likely be making those as well as soon as I replenish my nut supply. Thank you for releasing a holiday recipe video early. It's so nice to be able to plan ahead and gather ingredients and actually participate in the festivities. You're awesome!
