INGRIDIENTS:
– 8 oz cashew, almond, or coconut milk (coconut works best, in my opinion)
– 1 scoop LIVBODY Vegan Oatmeal Cream Cookie protein powder (This flavor is launching tomorrow…use c0de FITVEGAN & get FREE shipping)

– 12g Simply Delish Natural Vanilla Pudding Mix (C0de: NATALIE)
– OPTIONAL Toppings: dark chocolate, cacao nibs, nuts, seeds, cookie pieces, or whatever you want.

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare the base the night before by combining all ingredients.
2. Freeze overnight or for 24 hours.
3. After 24 hours, let it sit on the counter for 5-6 minutes.
4. Process on the light ice cream setting. Re-spin 2-3 times until achieving the desired consistency.
5. Make a hole in the middle, add your mix-in of choice, and process on the mix-in setting.
6. Scoop and enjoy!
