Hello! Today I’ll be showing you how I made this delicious Nigerian style vegetable soup. This is the only vegetable soup you need. It is made with Ugu(Fluted pumpkin leaves) and Waterleaf. Ingredients for this soup are 2 small bundles Ugu 1 Bundle Waterleaf 1kg Goat meat 1 Pomo(Cow skin) 1 dried Catfish Stockfish 2 Seasoning cubes 3 Yellow pepper 4 Red Habanero 1 cup Crayfish Salt to taste 1 Onion Ugu is a vegetable that is rich in antioxidants, it is high in fiber which helps keep you full for longer.
