  1. Recipe:
    1. In a pan, add 1 cup seviya and slightly roast it. This step makes sure that the vermicelli does not turn out sticky.

    2. Then, in the same pan, add 2 tbsp oil, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds and 7-8 curry leaves. Once they start crackling, add 1 sliced onion, 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1/4 cup each of carrot, green beans, peas and 1 chopped garlic. Let them cook.

    3. Add 1 chopped tomato along with salt as per taste, corainder powder, garam masala and red chilli powder. Mix well, add 1 cup seviyan and 2 cups of water.

    Add quantity of water double than the quantity of seviyan.

    4. Cover with a lid and let it cook till the water dries and the seviyan have cooked properly. Serve and enjoy!

    Recipe:

    Ingredients for 1 person:-
    Seviya (1 cup)
    Salt (To taste)
    Garlic (2-3 big cloves)
    Oil (2-3 tbsp)
    Mori (1/2-1 spoon)
    Jeera (1/2 spoon)
    Haldi (1 small spoon)
    Green chillies (2-3 big chillies)
    Water (2 cups)
    Sugar (To taste)

    Recipe:-
    Take water in a pot and wait for it to boil, put a pinch of salt and little oil and put the seviya after water boils.
    In a pan add oil and wait for it to heat then add Mori, Jeera, Haldi, then add garlic and wait for 20-30 seconds and add chillies, if you don't want chilli pieces in your seviya, add red chilli powder to taste after the haldi, if seviya is done, drain it and mix it in the tadka. Add salt and sugar to taste.
