  1. 1:16 — Pretty sure that Koriander… or at least that would be the case I found that in my fridge… which happens more often than I would like… They just sell them in these large badges and I only need a few stalks 🙁

    Excercise… Does jogging two times a week and the occasional 30min walk with the dog count? If yes, great. If not… well… yoga people are weird, and I'm not fond of gyms, soooo… my bad, I guess ^^°

  2. Annie, thank you for your content here. You and The Keto Twins are my favorites. You all are living real and balanced lives. I can't watch a physician try to tell me that vegetables are trying to kill me. Getting enough protein is a struggle for me since I tend towards vegetarian, especially in the summer when I grow my own organic veggies. I absolutely have a carb addiction so balance is key for me. I add protein in every way I can to keep the carb craving at bay. I find it useful to avoid anything that even looks like a dessert, even if it's Keto. Right now, none is easier. Keep up the good work.
