Autumn’s Vanilla Protein Powder!👇🏻
Today I’m sharing my bran new keto oatmeal recipe!! This is the perfect, grain-free oatmeal alternative that you can cozy up with this fall and winter while still working toward your weight loss and wellness goals.
🍎Apple Pie Keto Oatmeal
Base Ingredients:
-2 Tbsp. Chia seeds
-1 Tbsp. Hemp seeds
-1 Tbsp. Almond flour
-1 scoop Autumn’s Vanilla Protein Powder
-1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
-1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
-1 tsp. Cinnamon
-1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
-1/2 cup greek yogurt
Topping Ingredients:
-1 tsp. Ghee/butter/coconut oil
-1/2 small apple, chopped
-1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1. Combine all ingredients for the base (except for greek yogurt) in a bowl of medium high heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 20-30 seconds.
2. While the oatmeal cooks, in a pan over medium high heat add all of the topping ingredients. Sauté for 5 minutes.
3. When the oatmeal is done cooking, remove from heat and stir in the greek yogurt. Transfer to your serving bowl.
4. Top with cooked apples and optional almonds or cashews.

Such a tiny portion! That wouldn’t satiate me at all given my energy expenditure … I’ll stick to oats with protein powder and coconut milk. Will try the cinnamon and nutmeg combo though! 👌🏼

Autumn, I have a question, I eat the steel cut quick outs with nut milk, plus I add chia, hemp, and flax seeds with nuts. I have lost weight, decreased my A1C from 6.3 to 5.8, and my total cholesterol. I do follow and participate in most of your programs. Does oatmeal affect some and not others? Can you explain this to me? Thanks for all you do!

I’m curious how it’s keto if you use apples. I would use chayote instead and soak the chayote in apple cinnamon tea using teabags to give it that apple cinnamon flavor. I’m anxious to try the recipe

i cook apples in the oven with cinnamon and a bit of water and eat as is or put it on top of oatmeal, pancakes, etc. delicious and it works better for my diet than cooking it with butter.
