MY GO TO DINNER RECIPE – Quick, Easy, & Healthy Baked Salmon!


I’M BACK!! Today I’m sharing with you my go-to dinner recipe! It’s easy, quick, healthy, and delicious! I’m excited to be back in the kitchen sharing recipes with you all again. This will act as an extension of the MadFit channel! Much more to come from me here!

2 salmon fillets
1/2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp ‘Old Bay’ seasoning
1/2 tsp thyme

Brussel Sprouts:
1lb brussel sprouts
2 tbsp avocado or olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (optional)

1/2 cup white basmati rice
1 cup water (can also sub for bone broth or vegetable broth)
1/2 tbsp olive oil
Pinch of salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp bone broth powder (optional)





  1. So excited to get new recipes from you! I feel that how you move and what you eat go hand in hand and it’s so important to have healthy meals after a workout, especially when time is not on your side! It’s easy to come home after work, do a quick workout and say “well I’m so tired now, I have no time left to cook” a(and my husband excitedly orders takeaway😂) then it feels like I undid all that previous work. So this is very important in order to get that right balance!! Keep ‘em coming!🥰🥰🥰🥰

  2. I was unsubscribed to you for 3 years, because I was so busy. Then, I resubscribed and see you eating meat and am surprised right now. No judgment here. I just had to find out and googled “Maddie not vegan” and found unfair critiques of you, which are just excuses to defend veganism. This is why I refuse to say I’m vegan, for exactly the backlash you’ve gotten. I’ve experienced backlash from vegans simply for defending the fact that my husband eats meat. That side of the vegan movement is awful.

    For those reading my reaction, I’ve been eating plant based for about 8 years now. So, I’m not eating meat. I’m saying, don’t judge. Be inclusive. Be kind. If you don’t like this content, don’t watch it. Other than that, Maddie, you’re looking great, but I’ve always thought you looked great. I’m so glad you’re taking care of yourself and that’s all that matters. I appreciate the thought and care that goes into your sharing of recipes and health.
