1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
2 slices deli sliced turkey, cut into strips
2 slices deli sliced ham, cut into strips
2 slices swiss cheese, cut into strips
3 dill pickle slices, chopped
2 tablespoons sliced pepperoncini or banana pepper
3 cherry tomato or small tomato, quartered
2 hard boiled eggs, quartered
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1️⃣ To a large bowl, add baby spinach, chopped romaine lettuce, turkey slices, ham slices, cheese, pickle, pepperoncini, eggs and diced tomato.
2️⃣ Drizzle olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, pepper and Italian seasoning. Toss salad to evenly coat.

AVOCADO CHICKEN SALAD
1 pound cooked chicken
2 hearts romaine lettuce, chopped
1 medium avocado, sliced
1 medium tomato, diced
4 hard boiled eggs, quartered
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup sherry vinegar
1-2 teaspoons Bragg’s Sprinkle Herbs or Italian seasoning
1️⃣ Chop and slice all of your ingredients as stated above. In a large platter or serving bowl, lay down a bed of lettuce. Top with chopped chicken, diced tomatoes, slice avocado and hard boiled eggs.
2️⃣ In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Drizzle over salad.

1 ½ teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
¼ teaspoon dried oregano
1 pound ground beef, turkey or chicken
2 hearts romaine lettuce, shredded
1 tomato, diced
½ avocado, diced
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup diced red onion
¼ cup roughly chopped fresh cilantro
¼ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons salsa or pico de gallo
1️⃣ In a small bowl, add taco seasoning ingredients. Mix to combine. Set aside.
2️⃣ To a large skillet, add ground beef and cook over medium high heat until browned. Add in taco seasoning and ¼ cup of water. Low the heat to low medium, cover and simmer until liquid has mostly evaporated. Stir occasionally.
3️⃣ To a large bowl layer down lettuce, taco ground beef mixture, tomato, avocado, cheese, onion and cilantro. Top with sour cream and salsa.

BBQ CHICKEN TOSTADA
4 low carb tortillas
2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 cup zero sugar BBQ sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup sliced red onions
1/4 cup roughly chopped cilantro
1️⃣ Add cooked, shredded chicken to a medium bowl. Pour in BBQ sauce and mix until combined.
2️⃣ Add 1/2 cup BBQ chicken mixture on top of each tortilla. Sprinkle 1/4 cup shredded cheese to each. Top with red onions.
3️⃣ Oven or air fryer: Place tostadas on a parchment lined baking tray and bake at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes.
