The biggest crime that we have is the attack on our food in the hidden poisons in the ingredients so no matter your diet whether you're vegan or not I encourage everyone no the ingredients in the foods that you buy you can't just trust what it says on the label. Some thinking say that it's gluten free and be loaded with sugar that's not organic or have oil that is inflammatory. I have a reminder that goes off on my phone everyday that says eat consciously and that's because I have to be mindful and aware of the ingredients in the foods that I put into my body. I'm recovering from an illness that doesn't allow any wiggle room for poor food choices everything has to be pure organic and full of love.

  6. Came across your Youtube channel while visiting my expat husband in Mongolia. Not an easy country to go vegan but trying. I am looking forward to returning to Australia where I can deep dive into your recipes. Thank you for making each recipe seem achievable for all.
