    2 – Fried fish
    1 pc – Red onion
    6 slice – Luya
    2 pcs – Sili Green
    2 pcs – Tomato
    1 cup – Cubed Kalabasa
    5 pcs – Sitaw
    1 pc – Eggplant
    4 pcs – Okra
    1 cup – Saluyot
    1 cup – Alugbati
    1 cup – Malunggay
    8 cups – Water
    Patis to taste

    VEGGIE BALLS WITH 3 SAUCES ingredients:

    2 cups – All-purpose flour
    1/4 cup – Cornstarch
    1 tbsp – Baking powder
    2 tbsp – Sugar
    1 tbsp – chicken powder (optional)
    1 tsp – Black pepper
    1 1/4 cup – Water
    1/4 cup – Shredded carrots
    1/4 cu – Shredded kalabasa
    4 tbsp – Chopped spring onion

    Oil for frying

    Vinegar dip:
    1/2 cup – vinegar
    2 tbps – Water
    1 tbsp – Sugar
    3 tbsp – Minced onion
    1 pc – red chili
    1/2 – tsp Salt

    Sweet sauce:
    1/2 cup – Water
    3 tbsp – Soy sauce
    1/4 cup – Sugar
    2 tbsp – flour + 3 tbsp – water

    Sweet chili sauce:
    1/2 cup – Water
    1/4 – Sugar
    1 tbsp – Banana ketchup
    1 pc – Red chili
    1 tsp – Chili flake
    4 tbsp – Vinegar
    Slurry (Cornstarch + water)
    Salt & pepper

    INASLUM Ingredients:

    2 tbsp oil
    1 pc chopped onion
    4 pcs pound garlic
    150g pork slice
    Fish sauce to taste

    Ladies' fingers (Okra)
    String beans (Sitaw)
    Bottle gourd (Upo)
    Water Spinach (Kangkong)
