My Daily Keto Oatmeal Recipe To Burn Fat!
Now that it’s fall, you might not be feeling the smoothies or cold chia bowls to break your fast. So today, I’m sharing one of my latest new recipes ~ pumpkin spice grain-free keto oatmeal! This is perfect if you’re following a low carb diet and you’re looking for a warming recipe to break your fast with while still working toward a weight loss or wellness goal.

Pumpkin Spice Grain-Free Keto Oatmeal
Serves 1
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
1 Tbsp. flax seeds
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. almond flour
1/2 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk
1/4 cup unsweetened canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup unsweetened, full-fat greek yogurt OR 1/2 cup unsweetened dairy-free yogurt with 1 serving vanilla protein powder stirred in
1/2 small banana, sliced (remove if carb sensitive)
optional 1 Tbsp. almond butter topping

1. Combine all ingredients, except for the greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt + protein powder), banana and optional almond butter in a small pot or sauce pan over medium heat. Stir the ingredients for about 5 minutes until the liquid has been absorbed by the seeds.

2. Remove from heat and stir in the greek yogurt (or plant-based yogurt + protein powder). Top with sliced banana (or remove if carb sensitive). If you’re looking for an extra boost of satiety, you can also top this with 1 Tbsp. almond butter.

  1. Maybe check into the estrogenic effects of flax seeds, it's shown to specifically effect breast tissue in a measurable way.

    I make oatmeal from sprouted rolled (less refined that instant) oats, whole raw milk, very small amount of raisins and honey and oodles of cinnamon. Couple hard boiled eggs alongside and BAM! Hunger killing breakfast.

  2. Thanks for sharing. This holiday, I am challenging myself to make a dairy-free, very low sugar, very low carb dessert. My partner is not on low carbs, so it’s just for me. I think I’ve discovered a reasonable “keto / keto coffee custard” type dessert to experiment with.

  3. Hey Autumn, I just found your channel recently and I really like your content so I subscribed. I have a question about breakfast? After seeing your videos on intermittent fasting I am not eating anything until 10:00am and only eating 2 meals a day and nothing after 6:00pm. So my first meal is a shake using almond milk, 1/2 banana, heaping teaspoon of organic peanut butter and I'm using Kachava as the plant base protean powder. I was wondering if this is something you would agree with giving that you are educated in this field and I'm kind of new to it. I feel good and I'm hoping I see some weight loss after a month so I can keep doing this. Have you heard of or know anything about the product called Kachava? It's kind of expensive but it says it has a lot of great things in it for the body and my doctor didn't have a clue about it so I thought I would ask someone who has a masters degree in the subject.
