In this video I show you all of my top fat loss tips! I’ve currently been on a little diet and it’s been pretty easy for me to stay on track. Throughout the video I go meal by meal and show you my approach to my cutting diet (2,400 calories).

On top of the food, I also talk cardio and do a HIIT workout with my mom as. well as an update on my training to maintain muscle and optimize recovery.

  1. Will I love the videos! But I have one question. How come I can’t see your subscribers on your YouTube channel it just says “subscribe” I would have to check out your social blade to see your actual subscriber count. Idk maybe it’s just me but anyways keep grinding and staying safe.

  2. All these food names half in french half english that's so funny, in France we don't have these products how funny is that. You're funnier for sure.
    Yeah that's what you want to do, eat as much as you can in the morning or first meal, you'll be way less hungry during the day compared to keeping most of your calories in the evening.
    The French Toast have been such a great help, I mean if I don't add yolks at all I'm kind of hungry 2 hours later but with the fat in the yolks It's way better, I feel it's in my belly longer as it slows down digestion.
    If you were actually chewing the food you'd be full all day lol.
