Mutton chops are great to eat when you have a glass of wine in your hand and you are watching TV. They are fairly bony and go down slow. This helps pace you while eating. Lamb Chops are very similar and absolutely delicious. We enjoy them fried with a coating of egg till they are nice and brown on the outside. I cook them in a pressure cooker till tender and then a dip in the egg mixture and a quick shallow fry. The crispy brown egg adds to the flavor of the mutton and my husband and I alone can down the whole batch of 800 gms.

Ingredients:
800 gms Mutton Chops or any meat of your choice
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1/2 tsp Rock Salt
2 Tbsp Ghee (for frying)

Spice Mix:
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder or any other mild chili powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Coat:
Eggs as you need
Lightly Salt
