  1. Didn't know this was in a cookbook! I instinctively made a similar version for a vegan friend because I was making the crawfish version for everyone else. It was really good! Most of my recipe was the same but I only used king oyster mushrooms, added green onion and a little sherry at the end with the parsley. πŸ‘πŸΎπŸ˜πŸ’―

  3. This would also be great with some okra added in! Looks yummy! What are the dry seasonings you used?
    I saw a bay leaf. Possibly also included things like garlic/onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, basil and/or thyme.
