Nice
As a Moroccan i am so surprised …i have a few things to say
1 – we do use parsly but it should be finely choped more that how you guys showed.
2- we do not use red chili instead we use paprika.
3- we don't use cinmn stick if you wanted so you can use powder
4- we don't kepp stiring from time to time BUT we do so if we were using lamp or so at first with the onion as you showed.
5- we add enough water at first along with salt pepper paprika turmric paprika a little bit of ginger powder lentils and chikpeas very finely choped coriander and parcly and some parsel and tomato puree , let all these ingredients boil for about 30mins if you were using a pressure cocker , then when all is cokked you add flour and water mix and keep stiring .
over all nice to see that
Looks really delicious
