In this video, we will show you how to make Mixed Vegetable Salad. This salad is very easty and tasty recipe. Salads are good for health. A perfect healthy diet to stay healthy.

Required Ingredients:
1 cup of green moong dal sprouts (Soaked overnight)
1 chopped cucumber
1 chopped tomatoe
1 chopped onion
Coriander leaves
½ a piece of lemon
Figaro olive oil
Keya pasta seasoning (other brands will also do)
Keya red chillie flakes (other brands will also do)
Chat masala
Pepper powder as required
Salt as needed

Method of Preparation 1:

Take a small bowl
Squeeze the lemon juice
Add 1 teaspoon of chat masala
Add 1 teaspoon of red chillie flakes
Add 1 teaspoon of pasta seasoning powder
Add ½ a teaspoon of pepper powder
Add 2 tbsp of olive oil
Mix it well
Add the salt as required
Mix it well
Take a fresh bowel
Add the chopped onion
Add the chopped tomatoe
Add the chopped coriander leaves
Add the chopped cucumber
Add the sprouts
Mix it well
Add the mixture of:
Lemon juice
Chat masala
Red chillie flakes
Pasta seasoning powder
Pepper powder
Olive oil
Mix it well thoroughly
Add the salted peanuts (optional)
Now, vegetable salad is ready to serve!
