This yummy bhel is very versatile. You can add, delete or substitute ingredients such as onion, boiled potato, fried mixture.
I used puffed finger millet, but works well with any puffed millet or even puffed rice. You may want to avoid puffed rice for weight watchers and diabetics.
There are no fixed amounts of ingredients to be used. Try different combinations. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Substitutes
You can use any sprouts such as mung, horse gram, green lentils. These don’t need to be steamed.
Tastes fine without chutneys. Just squeeze some lime for flavor
Instead of farsan mixture, you can use cornflakes chivda or crushed Dorritos.
instead of poori you can use crisply fried tortilla pieces.
