How to Make Eggless Banana Mug Cake

This mug cake is moist, flavorful and ready in seconds.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 Medium Ripe Banana (Mashed)
1 Tbsp Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil (or canola oil)
1/2 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Baking Soda
1/8 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Raisins

Mix all the ingredients, then cook in the microwave for about 45 seconds and enjoy!
(1000 watt microwave used)

  1. -I double the recipe, i tought it was a bit small 🙂
    -I replace the honey with brown sugar
    -I add coco powder so thats its a chocolate cake
    -I like it with some banana chunks, so dont mash it too much
    -I microwave for 1:35 since the reciper is bigger
    -I add chocolate chips for more chocolate!
    Here are the steps to make it even better!

  2. to anyone who doesn’t know what to do with the rest of the banana, use it as a topping!! it’ll taste even more like banana bread, it’s so good!! also use way more baking powder than the recipe says, and don’t use a lot of salt! a tiny sprinkle is enough, i even put none.

    1/2 ripe banana
    1 TBSP milk [non-dairy or dairy]
    1/2 TBSP oil [unsalted melted butter or coconut oil or vegetable oil or canoloa oil]
    1/2 TBSP honey
    //MIX WET INGREDIENTS WELL//
    3 TBSP whole weat flour
    1/8 TSP baking soda
    1/4 TSP cinnamon [optional?]
    1/8 TSP salt
    //MIX INGREDIENTS WELL INTO THICK TEXTURE//
    1 TBSP Raisins (optinal)
    //MIX RASINS INTO BATTER//

    MICROWAVE 45 SECONDS
