This is a healthy meal for lunch or dinner. Great for the kids’ lunch box. It is really fast to make, no need for cooking, and always a lifesaver. Option for Keto and diabetes. In Mexico, lent is a big celebration and people eat fish on Fridays so this is a great option for a cuaresma meal. If you are making this and you are diabetic or following a low carb diet you can choose to use lettuce instead of the bread.
INGREDIENTS
This makes about 7 tuna rolls
¼ cup jalapeno vinegar juice
Lettuce
2 tuna cans
3 tablespoons greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
Whole Wheat Bread slices
