Welcome to our channel Diabetic Meal Ideas by Diabexy. Now enjoy your favourite Indian recipes without any guilt. This healthy and delicious Methi Paratha is an excellent breakfast for diabetic persons with glycemic load as low as 1.9 per paratha.

Ingredients
200g Diabexy atta
100g methi leaves
50g coriander leaves
150g curd
10g garlic
10g green chilli
1 tbsp coriander powder
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp jeera powder
Add NutroActive Mineral salt as per taste

Method:
1. Take Diabexy atta.
2. Add chopped methi leaves and coriander.
3. Add all spices and warm water.
4. Mix well and knead soft dough.
5. Roll a circular paratha from this.
7. Cook paratha from both sides on medium to high flame.
8. Apply ghee .
9. Serve with yogurt/curd.
