1 tsp paprika
1 tbs salt
½ tbs garlic powder
1 tbs black pepper
1 tbs Tony’s seasoning
4 oz cream cheese, Softened
¼ c parmesan cheese
3 tbs sour cream
1 ½ c chopped fresh spinach
seasoning to taste

Actually I have found a way to make tofu rice. I don’t like cauliflower rice. It always tastes like cauliflower.
All looks very good… but perhaps would substitute the Quinoa for Cauliflower Rice. As Quinoa is not low carb… X
