Today I’m meal prepping some healthy plant based taco salads for a few days! I made walnut/ pea protein chorizo to go on top along with a creamy chipotle dressing and jalepeno vinegrette. I also show how I wash and store my fruits and veggies so they will last a long time.

I’m make my salads this way, I like your dressings and will make some!
Love these recipes! Where did you get the glass jars for the dressings? So handy!
I buy my salad from the store, zero dirt over the decades
should let those strawberries set in salt water awhile….see what comes out!

Wow Ms Chanty, these are grrreat! Where to get those containers and how many servings per container!!😂🎉
I don't understand. Why can't the walnuts be your protien?
Looks amazing. Is this all you eat for the week? I’m just curious. I’d be starving 😂

Thanks for doing this I will have to try it. 🎉❤😊
Great video! I learned so much. I love the way your salads look!
OMG, those strawberries are full of chemicals. God, the rest of this “farmers” market products too, I am sure. Real strawberries, without any chemicals, don’t look like that at all.
just subscribed to your channel. I'm looking forward to trying some of your recipes. Thanks, Rose
Where did you get your containers from?
Love it! …if you use a plastic knife the lettuces brown at the cut marks . thanks for the videos
Skip the corn 🌽
Thanks for sharing! It’s really nice to see a young person (millennial) who wants to be clean with their produce and how they eat. God bless 💕
I don’t get why on earth you should wash your veggies with soap? ….. since I always buy bd food. Wash it with water 🙃
Dirt don't hurt, but naw, wash that😆
What can you use to substitute for the crumbs.

Very amazing looking salads!
I need a salad spinner. What size is that. I'm looking and I can't tell which is a good size. Thanks
I always recommend that my clients meal prep. Awesome! ❤
Can you please list each item you use in your salad
I’m curious about why you cut off so much of the white part of the green onions. It’s such a delicious part of it the onion, why let it go to waste? That said, thanks for the tips for keeping produce fresher longer. I’ve tried meal prepping in the past, with the thought that if it’s all prepped & easy to grab from the fridge, I’ll actually eat it, but found it frustrating because the produce went off so fast! Nothing worse than putting the effort in to make it and not get to eat it (especially when disabled & have limited energy levels). Hopefully these tips will help prolong it. I’d love to be able to meal prep 2 days a week & have quick to grab meals for all the other days.
If you wash your lettuce under the faucet before putting it in your vegetable wash you water won’t get so dirty.
Also you have a similar voice to KallMeKris
Very beautiful, thank you for sharing!❤-Mary
Looks amazing 😍 can’t wait to try them 😭❤️
What additives are on your veggies that they stay fresh so long? In Germany I could not prep salads for the whole week they would be gone bad after 3 days.
Also, you do not need any "soap" or whatever to wash your veggies, that is just money poured down the drain, water alone is completely fine to clean all veggies and fruits even when they come straight from the fields.
Oh god, Washing the food in something that Foams????? What???
Great tips- Thank you so much!
