Great video. I personally lost 66 lbs (30 kg) in 8 months without losing any muscle and strength. I followed a high fat, low carb diet and this worked extremely well for me. Losing fat and keeping it of is incredibly easy if you know what you’re doing 🙂

I have tried non-carb pastas and I just cannot eat them. The after taste gets me so I will stick with the usual but portion and only eat the appropriate serving. These recipes looks amazing! I left weight watchers recently. they changed their program 3 times while I was on the diet and need a program to keep my on track. This is really good!

I love meal prepping! I’ve signed up for your challenge and loved the recipes. Sure I’m standing in the kitchen for hours on meal prep day but it sure helps during the busy work week. Meals and snacks become grab and go. Well worth the effort.
