  1. I have tried non-carb pastas and I just cannot eat them. The after taste gets me so I will stick with the usual but portion and only eat the appropriate serving. These recipes looks amazing! I left weight watchers recently. they changed their program 3 times while I was on the diet and need a program to keep my on track. This is really good!

    I purchased many fruits and vegetables last weekend to prepare your healthy meals. I don't have a clean eating habit. But I really want to switch to healthy eating that's the reason I purchased groceries as per your list.
