Marua (Marjoram) plant is widely famous for it’s medicinal use of it’s leaves and flowers. It is also used as cooking spice as well as it’s oil is well known.
Today, we will make a healthy recipe, that is , MARUA KI CHUTNEY.
It is very delicious and healthy. Also, very easy to make.
All you need is Marua leaves, 2-3 onions and some salt and chillies.
You can easily make it in mixi also.
It is perfect solutions for diabetes patients and good for blood circulatuion. Not only that, if you have a running nose, or throat pain then go for these Marua leaves.
