MANCHOW SOUP RECIPE ❤️

Ingredients:
• Capsicum – 1 medium
• Carrot – 1 medium
• French Beans – 1/4 cup
• Onion – 1 medium
• Paneer – 1/4 cup
• Spring Onions
• Garlic – 4 tbsp
• Ginger – 2 tbsp
• Green Chilli – 2pc
• Coriander Stem – 1 tbsp
• Oil – 1 tbsp
• Light Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
• Dark Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
• Vinegar – 1 tsp
• Black Pepper – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 1 tsp
• Tomato Ketchup – 1 tsp
• MSG/Aromat Powder – 1 tsp
• Water
• Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
• Noodles
• Salt to taste

Recipe:
1. Chop the veggies and keep aside the scrapes.

2. Take a pot or saucepan, boil some water, add the veggie scrapes along with black peppercorns, couple of garlic cloves and salt. Let it boil for 5-15 mins.

3. Take a wok, add oil, garlic, green chilli, ginger, coriander stem and onions. Toss for a minute.

4. Add carrots, beans, capsicum, salt and spring onions. Toss for 20-30 seconds.

5. Add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, vinegar, sugar and tomato ketchup. Mix well.

6. Add paneer, spring onions along with the vegetable stock (strain it before adding). Add water if required and some black pepper. Bring it to a boil.

7. Add MSG/Aromat Powder. (Optional)

8. Add corn flour slurry by mixing equal parts corn flour and water.

9. Fried Noodles: Boil some noodles and then fry them.

10. Serve the soup with fried noodles and enjoy!
