3 tbsp oat flakes(gluten free)
add water and let it soak for 5 minutes
1 tbsp protein powder
2 tbsp greek yogurt/ coconut yogurt
1 tbsp honey/ maple syrup
120 g blueberries / 3/4 cup
220 ml coconut milk/ your favorite (~1 cup)
coconut flakes(optional)
