  1. You should remove as much of the air from both bags. And try oven mitts or something to keep your hands from freezing.
With kids you can make a game of it and use 2 coffee cans. Or a coffee can and a bucket with a lid and have the kids roll it back and forth to each other. You might want to ducktape the lid on the coffee can to make sure it stays on.

  2. I've wondered about your coffee and how you ladies make it. Like do you add different fats to it? Are you ladies still doing OMAD? I think I remember Emily saying she felt better when she was doing OMAD. I actually do it some days and it's really not that hard for me when I drink a lot of water and coffee and then have a larger meal around 5. By the way, what do y'all use to make your skin look so flawless!? And love the lipstick shades on both of you.

  3. I use my Creami to make ice cream, and I just use their basic recipe and sub out ingredients with low carb milk and allulose. I only have to run it through the Creami once, and it remains scoopable. Works great, and tastes great. (I think the protein powder versions are pretty awful. Tried KetoChow, etc. Just go for the almost-real deal.)

  4. Awesome 👏🏻 job ladies!
Good memories. While working in a preschool we would use 2 coffee cans. A 3lb can and a 1 lb can. The 1 lb can would hold all of the the ingredients. The 3 lb can would hold the 1 lb can along with ice all around. The students would sit in a circle and roll the can to each other. This way everyone was involved in making the ice cream. Delicious!
Today I think the 16 oz can is now 12 oz . 🤷‍♀️

  5. It looks GREAT. But having it in a container overnight in the freezer would help meld the flavors and intensify the texture, I think. Looks SUPERB. Also I use the DaVinci sugar free syrups and that would provide ultimate alternatives to the coffee flavor if you're not into coffee (I am, my wife isn't) and they have everything from fruits to nuts to spices as alternatives. What a GREAT idea, ladies! Can't wait to try this!
