Ingredients:

6 Tomatoes
1 tbsp Oil
1 tbsp Butter
1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
1 tbsp Salt
1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Yellow Capsicum
2 tbsp Green Capsicum
2 tbsp Red Capsicum
1/2 Cup Corn
750 ml of Water
1 cup Boiled Macroni
Cornflour Slurry (1 tbsp Cornflour + 3 tbsp Water)
1 tbsp Oregano
1/2 tbsp Red Chilly Flakes
1 tbsp Chopped Basil Leaves

How to:

Cut and Grind 6 Tomatoes
Strain the mix to make Tomato Puree
In a Pan add 1 tbsp Oil
add 1 tbsp Butter
add 1 tbsp Chopped Garlic
add 2 tbsp Chopped Spring Onions
Pour tomato Puree
add 1 tbsp Salt
add 1/2 tbsp Black Pepper
add 1 tbsp Sugar
Cook for 5-7 mins
add 2 tbsp Yellow Capsicum
add 2 tbsp Green Capsicum
add 2 tbsp Red Capsicum
add 1/2 Cup Corn
add 750 ml of Water at regular intervals while stirring
Cook for 20 mins
add 1 cup Boiled Macroni
add Cornflour Slurry (1 tbsp Cornflour + 3 tbsp Water)
Cook for 5 mins
add 1 tbsp Oregano
add 1/2 tbsp Red Chilly Flakes
add 1 tbsp Chopped Basil Leaves

Serve hot with Garlic bread or Bread of your choice
