I know many of you are like what’s “ Chicken Bog” or “isn’t it just chicken and rice?” Baby no! It’s an amazing rice dish from the Low Country that’s absolutely delicious and rich in history.
Some make it very simple and others make it with a whole lot of flavor and you already know which one I went with. My friend says this was her favorite dish when she went to school in Florence and she hasn’t had it since she stopped eating meat so I had to whip this meal up and bring back some of those good time memories.
