Hey Wes, i've been looking everywhere for a really tasty chia pudding recipe which would make 2-4 servings, delicious, and still low carb. I like that chia puddings are fast (usually) to put together – but the one i tried tonight was kind of bland. Anyway – LOVE your videos and hope you keep making them =) TY for all you do – they give me great ideas to try

Huh….I've tried this with raw AND cooked cauliflower-rice but every time I needed some kind of binding agent….cream cheese…whodathunk !
I wonder if I can use some radishes (perhaps boiled ?) instead of carrot….hmmmm….
I'll try this whenever my youngest wants sushi again and we'll hopefully enjoy the meal together (she gets rice and carrots and I get my alternatives) 🙂 Nice !

Correction to your statement of “raw” fish to being sushi.. sashimi is raw fish, not sushi meaning “pickled” “seasoned” rice which you choose your fillings

The cooked version is definitely the way to go. Absolutely delicious! I used yellowtail tuna & real crab. My local sushi bar makes two different rolls that are all fish. No nori or rice, just fish & crab salad rolled up with more fresh fish. My favorite of those is called the "Naked Salmon." Thanks for the entertaining & insightful review!
Miracle noodles are also a good option. They are zero carbs and take on what ever flavor you layer into they.

Wonderful video and great instructions! Thank you for trying out both the cooked and raw versions (so I don’t have to, lol). I’ve been making cauliflower sushi for awhile, now, and instead of using cream cheese, I quickly stir a beaten egg into the hot rice just before it comes off the burner. The egg coats the little “grains” of cauliflower and gives it a convincing chew. It works beautifully for making sushi (and also plain or fried “rice”).
It would be fun to see a video on your favorite recipes or a what are you staple meals

This is awesome! I don't like the raw fish, vinegar, or sugar bits of sushi. 😂 So I go for the Korean version (kimbap) that has sesame oil, salt, and cooked meat and veggies instead! May try some of these methods to make that! Tried mayo to mimic sticky rice texture for cauli rice (some internet tip), and it just became too watery to even roll. 😬
So I was watching Peter Monn and when he mentioned you I was like 🤯🤯 my two favorite youtubers.
I do miss a good sushi once in awhile.

You should give the sushi bazooka a try! Completely cheating but after you do it a few times it is amazingly easy.
